Shipping Policy

Orders are handmade and packed with care.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days , although processing may take longer during major launches, sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Delays

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Carrier operational delays
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting MoonPetal Apotheca.

We will assist where reasonably possible.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to MoonPetal Apotheca because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
